溝通式教學途徑對國小學生英語口語溝通能力影響之研究

本研究主要採準實驗研究法來了解溝通式教學途徑對國小五年級學童英語口語溝通能力之影響,並採用問卷調查法了解學生對此教學途徑的意見與看法。結果發現:
(一)實驗組學生在總表現上明顯優於控制組學生,單從語言層面上來看實驗組學生的表現與控制組學生的表現相較起來並沒有顯著差異存在,但在非語言層面上的表現,實驗組學生顯著優於控制組學生。
(二)從個別項目來看,實驗組學生在文法、流暢性、面部表情上的表現顯著高於控制組學生,至於其餘項目(腔調、發音、單字、內容創意、肢體動作)的表現上,實驗組與控制組學生相較下,並未有顯著差異。
(三)基本上,實驗組學生都喜歡溝通式英語教學途徑的上課與評量方式。

This experimental study aimed to explore the effect of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) on English oral communicative competence of the 5th grade students, and the students' response through questionnaire survey. The results of this experiment are as follows:
- Students in the experimental group score significantly higher than those in the control group in the checklist of evaluating communicative competence. There is no significant difference between the two groups showed in verbal dimension, but in nonverbal dimension, the experimental group scores significantly higher than the control gro-up.
- Students in the experimental group score significantly higher than those in the control group in grammar item, fluency item, and facial expression item. As to the rest of items (accent, pronunciation, vocabulary, originality, body language), there is no significant difference between the two groups.
- Basically, students in the experimental group like CLT.
