一名接受支持性就業服務智能障礙青年的生涯路

本研究為質性研究,以半結構深度訪談及現場觀察錄影為主要收集資料的工具。旨在探討一名智能障礙青年-小橘接受支持性就業安置後,其以往及目前的就業狀況,以及未來生涯的展望。本研究結果如下:一、接受職業訓練及主要工作經歷:小橘曾參加勞委會職訓局為期半年,以清潔及洗車工作為主的身心障礙者職業訓練。主要的工作經歷皆為清潔員。二、接受支持性就業服務:就業服務員羅老師提供小橘訓練搭公車、進行家庭支持、安排其接受職業訓練、工作配對檢核、開發工作機會及進行職場輔導等多項支持性就業服務。三、主要職場的工作樣貌及困境:小橘目前於內城大學職場最主要負責的工作為資源回收及戶外清潔工作,小橘對目前職場的工作內容、工作份量、薪資、工作環境都可以接受。而其工作知能足以勝任應負責的工作項目,但在工作中常有不夠積極、與同事關係緊張、不接受指導等不利於職場適應的行為問題,經常受到任用單位的檢討。四、工作經歷中的重要他人:小橘在其工作經歷中最重要的支持者為輔導他超過10年的就服員羅老師。五、未來生涯發展的期待:小橘個人希望未來能從事洗車工作,就服員羅老師認為可以長期於資源回收領域發展,但小橘的父親只希望其未來工作穩定,有固定薪資即可。

英文摘要

This study used qualitative research, used semi-structured in-depth interviews and field observations video as a way to collect information, aims to explored an adult with intellectual disabilities - participant Orange received supported employment placement, its past and current employment status, and future career prospects. The results of this study was as follows: 1. Received vocational training and main work experience: Orange ever accepted clean up and car wash vocational training for disabilities in the Bureau of employment and vocational training period of six months. The all of main work experience is cleaner. 2. Received supported employment service: Participant job coach Luo provided supported employment services as: training the skill about take the bus; family support; vocational training; job matching investigate; develop job opportunities and counseling in workplace. 3. The figure and plight in main workplace: The main work items of Orange in nei-cheng University was recycling and outdoor cleaning present. He can accepted content of the work, working weight, salary, working conditions in the workplace. And he had competent knowledge and ability of its work all work items, but often with adaptive behavior problems is not conducive to the workplace as: negative at work; tensions with colleagues; disobey the guidance. Often been assessment by management unit of nei-cheng University. 4. significant other: The most important supporters more than ten years in Orange work experiences was job coach Luo. 5. Expect for the future career development: Orange personal hope that the future can be engaged in car wash job. Job coach Luo believes he can long-term development in the field of recycling. But his father only hop the future is stable, there is a fixed salary.
