本研究旨在瞭解智慧觀議課App及系統應用在國民小學公開授課的效益與配套措施。主要採用半結構式訪談,研究結果包括:(一)智慧觀議課App及系統的應用普遍重視宣導、增能、活化資料應用。(二)有利學生專注、有助教師教學精進、增進校內人員相互學習文化,善用數位科技提升觀議課效能是此系統可產生的主要效益;(三)建立開放校園文化提高教師使用意願、充實資訊設備並優化校園網路品質、教育行政機關的支持與資源提供是推動此系統可採行的配套措施;(四)校園網路品質不佳、不習慣數位觀議課模式與App操作、教師認同度不高是推動可能的挑戰。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation and its effect regarding the use of the Intelligent Observation App and System (IOAS) in lesson study in elementary schools. A semi-structured interview method was employed, targeting a total of 12 principals, administrators, and teachers who have used the IOAS, to gain insight into the present situation and its effect regarding the use of the IOAS in lesson study. The main research results include: (1) The current situation of using the IOAS in lesson study are generally focused on promotion and explanation, training and capacity building, activation of implementation and operation of classroom observation, and data analysis and application. (2) The main benefits of using IOAS include improving the efficiency and effectiveness of class observation and discussion, increased student engagement and orientation toward the teacher's instructions, facilitating teacher professional development, and shaping a culture of interaction and mutual learning among school staff. (3) To encourage IOAS adoption, creating a trusting and open campus culture, improving information technology infrastructure, and providing support from educational agencies are essential. (4) Challenges include poor network connectivity, teacher discomfort with digital tools and limited teacher acceptance. Based on the research results, suggestions are proposed for the effective use of the IOAS in lesson study in elementary schools.
