Call for Papers & Author Guidelines
一、《人文社會科學研究：教育類》（NPUST Humanities and Social Sciences Research，以下簡稱「本刊」）是由國立屏東科技大學人文暨社會科學院發行之學術期刊。
NPUST Humanities and Social Sciences Research: Education
1. Institutional Affiliation
NPUST Humanities and Social Sciences Research: Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Journal") is an official peer-reviewed academic journal published by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.
二、本刊屬季刊性質，每年出版四期（訂於每年3月、6月、9月與12月出版），徵稿內容包含課程與教學、教育行政與政策、科學與技術教育、體育、幼兒教育……等領域之文稿。
2. Publication Frequency and Scope
The Journal is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December each year. The Journal welcomes submissions across diverse educational fields, including but not limited to: Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration and Policy, Science and Technology Education, Physical Education, and Early Childhood Education.
三、本刊設有審查制度，採審查者與投稿者雙向匿名方式進行審查，隨到隨審，歡迎各界惠賜有關教育領域之中英文原創性論文（original research paper）。恕不接受翻譯文章、專題報導、其他非屬學術性質的作品（如：隨筆、小說、戲劇等）或已在國內外公開發行或出版過的作品。
3. Peer Review Process and Submission Criteria
The Journal employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process where the identities of both reviewers and authors remain completely anonymous. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis (continuous submission).
The Journal welcomes original research papers in either Chinese or English concerning the field of education. Please note that the Journal does not accept translations, special reports, non-academic works (such as essays, prose, fiction, plays, etc.), or manuscripts that have been previously published or publicly released in domestic or international venues.
四、稿件請提供電腦打字Word檔，稿件若為簡體字請自行轉換為繁體字，並附中英文篇名及篇名短標題。
（一）中文文稿字數以貳萬字為限，英文文稿字數以壹萬字為限，皆含中、英文摘要與圖表。
（二）中文摘要300以內，英文摘要250以內。
（三）中、英文關鍵詞三至五個。
4. Manuscript Preparation and Formatting Specifications
Manuscripts must be submitted as Microsoft Word documents (.doc/.docx). If the text is written in Simplified Chinese characters, authors are requested to convert it into Traditional Chinese characters prior to submission. All submissions must include the title and a short running title in both Chinese and English.
- Maximum Word Count: Chinese manuscripts must not exceed 20,000 characters; English manuscripts must not exceed 10,000 words. These limits are inclusive of Chinese and English abstracts, tables, and figures.
- Abstract Length: Chinese abstracts must be within 300 characters; English abstracts must be within 250 words.
- Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords must be provided in both Chinese and English.
五、論文撰寫參考格式請參考「APA Style第七版論文格式」撰寫。
5. Citation and Style Manual
Manuscripts must be prepared and formatted in strict accordance with the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA Style, 7th Edition).
六、凡刊載本刊之論文，一切法律問題由投稿者自行負責。請尊重學術倫理，勿一稿兩投或多投、抄襲或剽竊。如有違反學術倫理者，本刊將加以停權。凡經發現抄襲或剽竊者須償付審查費用。來稿已送審後要求撤稿者審查費由作者自付。
6. Research Ethics and Legal Liability
Authors assume sole and absolute legal responsibility for all content published in the Journal. Authors must strictly adhere to international academic ethics. Duplicate or multiple submission (concurrent submission of the same manuscript to other venues), plagiarism, and misappropriation of intellectual property are strictly prohibited.
In the event of an ethical violation, the Journal reserves the right to suspend the author's right to submit future manuscripts. Furthermore, any author found guilty of plagiarism or misappropriation shall be required to reimburse the Journal for all associated peer review expenses. If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after it has already been sent out for external review, the peer review fee must be fully borne by the author.
七、投稿時請檢附「投稿格式自我檢查表」及「投稿者聲明書」。
7. Required Submission Documentation
Upon initial submission, authors must complete and enclose the "Submission Format Self-Checklist" and the "Author Declaration Form."
八、稿件確認刊登時請繳交「著作授權同意書」。中文參考文獻下方請加註英譯或羅馬拼音翻譯。本刊編者有權修潤文字、書目格式與統一譯名。
8. Post-Acceptance Requirements and Editorial Rights
Upon formal notification of acceptance for publication, authors must execute and submit the "Copyright License Agreement." For Chinese references listed in the bibliography, an English translation or Romanization (Pinyin) must be appended immediately underneath each corresponding entry. The editorial board reserves the ultimate right to edit and polish the text, adjust bibliographic formats, and standardize translated terminology for consistency.
