Akutagawa Ryunosuke's works, from his studies before his debut as a writer to his later years, are each imbued with a sharp social consciousness and critical spirit in relation to the times. Based on his critical biography, this project focuses on Ryunosuke's ideological stance, tracing the trajectory of his literature and examining its significance for the times.
