自行車模具回收再製與低碳製程優化之研究

隨著全球氣候異常加劇與碳中和政策逐步推動,製造業減碳轉型成為當務之急。本研究聚焦於自行車產業模具製造階段之碳排放問題,提出結合模具回收再利用與製程優化的低碳製造策略。研究採用經濟部推動之「碳排金好算」平台進行碳排放量估算,並透過 Mastercam 模擬軟體,模擬九項以中碳鋼為主要材料之模具零件加工流程。進一步依據可回收性分類原則,篩選出具代表性的三項高碳排零件,實施優化製程模擬與比較。結果顯示,優化製程可將加工時間縮短至 1.84 小時,碳排放量從 89,941.47 克降至 16,853.61 克,減碳幅度達 81.3%。本研究亦建構模具再製分類架構與作業流程,驗證其於自行車產業中具高度可行性與實用性,提供推動低碳製程與碳管理的實證依據。

英文摘要

As global climate anomalies intensify and carbon neutrality policies advance, low-carbon transformation in the manufacturing sector has become imperative. This study addresses the carbon emissions generated during mold manufacturing in the bicycle industry and proposes an integrated strategy combining mold recycling and process optimization. Using Taiwan’s government-endorsed “Carbon Calculator” platform, carbon emissions were estimated, and Mastercam simulation software was applied to model the machining process of nine mold components primarily made from medium carbon steel. Based on a recyclability classification framework, three representative high-emission components were selected for process optimization and performance comparison. Results show that the optimized process reduced machining time to 1.84 hours and carbon emissions from 89,941.47 g CO₂ to 16,853.61 g CO₂—an 81.3% reduction. The study also developed a classification system and operational workflow for mold remanufacturing, confirming its feasibility and practicality in the bicycle industry, and providing an empirical reference for advancing low-carbon processes and carbon management practices.
