本研究目的在於建立知覺隱性工作的向度模型,根據汙名化與社會地位的觀點,提出理論焦點用以建立知覺隱性工作的核心概念。研究設計部分使用關鍵事例法,跨產業蒐集真實企業工作者知覺隱性工作的事件,用以建立初步的知覺隱性工作向度模型。一共發放227份網路問卷,有效事例數為399則。經由專家小組進行內容分析後,本研究建立「抹煞貶低」、「無睹未見」、「視其應當」以及「迫使剝削」四個知覺隱性工作的概念向度,這些內容涉及汙名化與低地位價值二個特性,符合研究理論觀點。最後,本研究在理論上建立知覺隱性工作的向度模型, 具有理論上的重要突破,同時為實務管理者提供適當的介入措施,並向未來的學者提供研究建議。
The purpose of this study is to respond to the existing research gaps related to perceived invisible work and to attempt to clarify the definition of perceived invisible work in order to develop a theoretical model of perceived invisible work. Using the critical incident technique, we collected incidents of perceived invisible work from real workers across industries to build a preliminary model of perceived invisible work. A total of 227 online questionnaires were distributed in this study, and the number of valid cases was 399. After the content analysis conducted by the expert group, the results showed that perceived invisible work is characterized by “stigmatization” and “status value”. The cores correspond to the four conceptual dimensions of perceived invisible work proposed in this study, namely, “total repudiation”, “turning a blind eye”, “effort without success”, and “forced to be helpless”. Finally, this study provides a theoretical framework model of perceived invisible work, appropriate interventions for practical managers, and research recommendations for future scholars.
