本研究以中國人健康問卷（CHQ）及學生生活適應調查表來探討兩所高三女生之心理衛生狀態。結果發現代表升學組之普通高中女生組（N=184）之生活滿意程度比代表非升學組之高級護理學校（N=194）爲差（x²=8.855，P<0.05）。而升學組之心理衛生狀態也比較不好（x²=23.469，P<0.000）。考試壓力及個人人生觀與現實距離為兩組共同的適應問題。然影響兩組及其心理健康最有關的因素為課業問題與個人心理問題。本研究證明升學組之學生其心理健康比非升學組爲差，其結果對學生心理衛生作業及個案輔導將有參考價值。

A comparative study of the mental health status of high school girls was performad. Two samples were selected from senior students of a college-prep school (N=184) and a non college-prep school (N=194), and Chinese health questionnaire (CHQ) and students' adjustment questionnaire were administrated. The results show that college-prep seniors have been experiencing a significantly more unsatisfactory school life than college non-prep seniors (x²8.855, p<0.05). Analysis of CHQ results show that college prep seniors have significantly more cases (x²=23.469, P<0.000). Examinations and "the gap between view of life and realiality" are the the two most common problems faced by the two groups. Besides, school works and individual psychological problems are the main factors causing the difference in mental health status between the groups. The results suggested that college-prep students have a relatively unhealthy mental status. The implication of this study is relevant to the school mental health work.
