中文摘要

許錟輝師在學界享有盛譽，不管在文字學、古文字學、《說文》學、經學或國語文教學方面，皆成就輝煌，可謂著作等身。本文將以文字學為範圍，並及於古文字學與《說文》學，整理許師在此方面之研究論著，且作簡要之考述，所擬探討之主題為： 一、許師文字學論著之分類與分期。 二、許師文字學之治學要義。 三、許師在文字學教學上之事蹟與貢獻。

英文摘要

Master Xu Zuo-hui enjoys a high reputation in the academic world. He has made brilliant achievements in philology, ancient philology, Shuowen, Confucian classics or Chinese language teaching, and can be said to have written numerous books. This article will take philology as the scope, and also extend to ancient philology and Shuowen studies, sort out Master Xu’s research works in this area, and make a brief review. The topics to be discussed are: 1. Classification and periodization of Xu Shi’s philological treatises. 2. The essentials of Xu Shi’s philology scholarship. 3. Teacher Xu’s deeds and contributions to the teaching of philology
