幼兒父母正念教養量表修編與心理計量研究
Psychometric Properties of the Chinese Version of the Revised Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire for Parents of Young Children

本研究旨在修編符合國內的中文版「幼兒父母正念教養量表」(RMIPQYC),並以國外的「正念教養量表」(MIPQ)為架構,進行量表的各項心理計量指標探究。本研究以1,076 歲幼兒父母為對象,其中以577 位幼兒父母的正念教養填答資料,進行項目分析和探索性因素分析,再以381 位幼兒父母的資料進行二階驗證性因素分析和效標關聯分析,另以118 位幼兒父母的資料進行再測分析。研究結果顯示,經由項目分析刪除英文版MIPQ 中因素負荷量較低或跨因素的題項,保留20 題做為正式量表,再經探索性因素分析後,RMIPQ-YC 區分為「對自我和孩子的覺察」、「正念管教」、「接納和專注互動」等三個因素,量表之Cronbach’s 介於.74.93,二階驗證性因素分析,獲得適當的模式適配度(Chisquare = 427.982/df = 2.56RMSEA = .06GFI = .89SRMR = .06CFI = .92TLI = .90);間隔三個月後,量表前測與再測的相關係數介於.53.67< .001),顯示量表整體和三個因素皆有穩定的再測信度。效標關聯效度的分析結果發現,本量表與效標量尺(包括:「止觀覺察注意量表」、「共親職量表」、「親職效能量表」、「親職教養量表」)皆有顯著相關,顯示具有良好之效標關聯效度。由上述可知,本量表具有良好之信度、效度和適用性,期望藉此提供學術研究和實務工作在探究幼兒父母正念教養之工具。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to revise the Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire for parents of young children and to explore the psychometric indicators on the measure. Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire (MIPQ) was modified into the traditional Chinese version suitable for the parents of young children in Taiwan. The research participants were 1,076 parents of children aged 3 to 6 years old. Among them, the data from 577 parents were engaged in mindfulness parenting analyses and exploratory factor analyses. Secondly, the reports of 381 parents were engaged in second-order CFA and criterion analyses. Finally, the data of 118 parents were used for retest reliability analyses. According to the research results, the items with the low factor loading or involving multiple factors were deleted from the original measure through item analyses, and 20 items were reserved as the official measure. After the exploratory factor analysis, in terms of mindful parenting of parents of young children, three factors including “awareness of self and children,” “mindful discipline,” and “interacting with acceptance and full attention” were extracted. The Cronbach’s alpha of the scale ranged from .74 to .93. The second-order CFA was obtained a high goodness of fit (Chi-square = 427.98, 2/df = 2.56, RMSEA = .06, GFI = .89, SRMR = .06, CFI = .92, TLI = .90). The correlation coefficients of mindfulness in parenting measure among test and retest with an interval of three months ranged from .53 to .67 (< .001), indicating that the overall mindful parenting and the three factors had good retest reliabilities. According to the result of criterion-related validity analyses, mindful parenting measure and criterion scales, including the Chinese Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Coparenting Scale, Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale, and Parenting Scale, were significantly correlated. The results indicated that the measure had a good criterion-related validity. This study tried to establish the psychometric properties of the Mindfulness in Parenting for measuring mindful parenting for parents of young children in Taiwan. Further research and practical studies will be encouraged and needed to use and test the measure.
