目的:藉由水中阻力訓練課程介入讓患者術後達到復健的成效,回復自我運動訓練能力並縮短復健的期程。方法:以水中阻力運動訓練介入前、後肌力增加的改善狀況,對患者實施八週訓練,並測驗、紀錄、觀察腿部術後患者每2週的腿部肌力、活動及日常訓練功能情況。本研究自編之水中阻力運動項目經專業復健師認可,以Microsoft Excel軟體紀錄探討水中阻力運動訓練介入前、後肌力增加的改善狀況。結果:一、患者經由水中阻力訓練介入後的肌力測驗數據在前、後大腿與小腿肌力有漸進增加之情況。二、患者的前、後大腿肌力及小腿肌力於第四週左、右腳肌力的測驗數據已經相同。三、患者於第六週起左右腳前、後大腿肌力及小腿肌力均有穩定增加。四、分析訓練測試數據紀錄,訓練前、後比較有改善的情況。結論:患者經過八週的水中阻力訓練後對於大腿前、後部肌肉力量及小腿部肌肉力量均有進步,對於運動及舞蹈訓練主述有改善的情況,本研究以實際課程訓練介入,驗證本實驗的水中阻力訓練課程能有效的增進肌力之效果。
Purpose: The intervention of aquatic resistance training program can help the patients to achieve the rehabilitation effect after surgery, restore the ability of self-training and shorten the period of rehabilitation. Methods:The improvement of muscle strength before and after the intervention of aquatic resistance training program was measured and recorded during 8 weeks of training, and the leg strength, activity and daily training function of the patients were tested, recorded and observed every 2 weeks after the leg surgery. The self-developed aquatic resistance exercise program was approved by a professional rehabilitator, and Microsoft Excel software was used to record the improvement of muscle strength before and after the aquatic resistance exercise training intervention. Results: 1. The muscle strength of the patients after the aquatic resistance training intervention showed a gradual increase in anterior and posterior thigh and calf strength. 2. The patient's anterior and posterior thigh and calf strengths were the same as the left and right foot strengths in the fourth week. The patient's anterior and posterior thigh muscle strength and calf muscle strength of the right and left feet increased steadily from the sixth week onwards. Analyzing the training test data, there was an improvement before and after the training. Conclusion: After eight weeks of aquatic resistance training, the patients showed improvement in the muscle strength of the anterior and posterior thighs and the calf muscles, and improvement in the sports and dance training. This study intervened with actual training courses to verify that the aquatic resistance training program of this experiment can effectively improve the muscle strength.
