本文探討語言再現真實時所涉及的概念及過程,選擇台灣當代史上最具關鍵性的歷史事件之一的美麗島事件作為分析的對象,從集體記憶的理論角度探討主流媒體以及行動者(特別是包括主流和當年黨外雜誌在內的媒體工作者)是如何透過對於美麗島事件的文字報導和口述歷史報導來建構集體記憶並以之來影響國家和族群的認同。
英文摘要
This article explored the concepts and processes of reality representation in the discourses of four mainstream newspapers in Taiwan. The author applied theories of collective memory and identity, used the “Kao-Hsion Incident" as exemple, to reveal concepts and processes which mainstream newspapes and main social actors in the incident (like Huang Hsin-je) used to reconstruct that past period ofhistory.
