大學棒球教練領導行為與棒球代表隊學生幸福感關係之研究

本研究目的在於應用結構方程模型
structural equation modeling, SEM 驗證大學棒 6 球教練領導行為與棒球代表隊學生幸福感關係模式之研究,以 Google網路問卷,將連結 7 分享給大學甲組球隊學生,並對於所收集資料以偏最小平方迴歸 partial least squares 8 regression, PLS 分析。本研究結果顯示:大學棒球教練領導行為與棒球代表隊學生幸福 9 感關係模式具有良好 收斂效度、區別效度 與配適度,大學棒球教練領導行為對棒球代表 10 隊學生幸福感路達顯著影響。建議棒球教練學習新知與技術,強化對選手的訓練與指導 11 方式,注重選手的關懷與獎勵,建立與學生的雙向溝通,提高學生的生活滿意感,並適 12 時的對學生獎勵,以滿足其自我肯定的成就感,具備良好的人際關係,提升學生個人幸 13 福感。

英文摘要

This study aims to apply Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to verify the model of 5 the relationship between university baseball coaches’ leadership behavior and the well-being 6 of baseball team students. The link was shared with students from university level-A baseball 7 teams using a Google online questionnaire. Partial Least Squares Regression (PLS) analysis 8 was performed on the collected data. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The model of 9 the relationship between university baseball coaches’ leadership behavior and the well-being 10 of baseball team students has good convergence validity, discriminant validity, and fit. The 11 path coefficient indicates a significant impact of university baseball coaches’ leadership 12 behavior on the well-being of baseball team students. It was recommended that baseball 13 coaches engage in continuous learning of new knowledge and techniques, reinforce training 14 and guidance methods for players, emphasize care and rewards for players, establish two-way 15 communication with students, enhance students’ life satisfaction, and timely reward students 16 to meet their self-affirmation and achievement needs. This approach helps build positive 17 interpersonal relationships and enhances students’ well-being.
