From our research, we found contactless, automatic, and social issues that need to be addressed in the post-epidemic era. In response to these issues, we propose EAT Da Vinci 2.0 as an integrated immersive space that uses a naked-eye mixed reality (MR) tea table to provide non-contact interactive images, drone performance for automated shows and recharging, and communication wall with social function. By blending art and technology in the immersive space, this project creates animated content based on Guandu natural culture and provide a tea experience. The naked-eye MR tea table allows participants to engage with floating projections on tableware, through our reflective mirror arrays equipment, without the need for wearable devices. This table also offers an immersive interaction between the virtual and physical worlds, utilizing a motion sensor. Drones perform lifelike movements, transitioning from projected visuals to physical performances, with autonomous charging capabilities that enable seamless, automated shows. The communication wall plays a crucial role by allowing participants in different locations to interact with the wall in real time via an app, while also controlling the wall's transparency, facilitating communication that enhances the overall experience. The project also highlights the cultural significance of the Guandu landscape, with animations of local animals and plants, seasonal changes, and historical landmarks creating a poetic atmosphere. By merging life culture with cutting-edge technology, EAT da Vinci 2.0 offers a contemplative, multisensory that fosters deeper connections between participants, even in socially distanced settings.
