"Transition and Revitalization" means the transition and revitalization of sites. The "Taichung Creative Cultural Park", originally a distillery, has evolved into an industrial heritage site. Under the Executive Yuan’s plan, it underwent comprehensive planning, building restoration, space opening, and pipeline reconstruction. Initially a workplace, it has been transformed into a performance space, though some areas remain underutilized. This study uses Space Syntax Theory to Axial lines, Convex space, and Visibility graph analysis to understand the park’s spatial transition. The focus is on three aspects: 1. Researching the park's spatial planning with Space Syntax Theory. 2. Analyzing spatial changes before and after renovation. 3. Providing conclusions and recommendations for improvement, aiming to make the space more user-friendly and attractive.
