當前我國正面臨年金制度改革的重要瓶頸。在社會大眾多是透過傳播媒體瞭解改革進度與細節的情境下，檢驗媒體如何影響民眾的風險感知與政府單位如何善盡風險溝通的義務，乃為本研究的核心目標。研究者以公眾情境理論為主軸，以全國性的電話抽樣訪談蒐研1,197個樣本，檢驗我國面臨年金改革此重要社會風險議題時，不同情境涉入程度社會大眾的風險感知、風險阻力感知與議題傳播行為的脈絡。研究成果發現，民眾的新聞注意程度與議題情境涉入程度均影響國民對年改風險議題的風險感知、風險阻力感知、議題傳播行為與政策支持傾向。
英文摘要
The primary goal of this study is to examine how media influences risk perception, constraint recognition, communication behaviors, and propensity to support policies among Taiwanese citizens reliant on mass media to understand relevant details of the annuity reform issue. The researcher conducted a nationwide telephone survey of 1,197 respondents while the Legislative Yuan was processing the annuity reform issue. The results showed that the news attention levels and situational involvement of the public influenced their risk perceptions, constraint recognition, communication behaviors, and propensity to support policies related to annuity reform. Finally, the implications of the results were discussed.
