12週不同動體視力訓練對優秀青少棒選手運動視覺和打擊表現之影響
Effects of 12-week Different Visual Trainings on Sports Vision and Hitting Performance in Elite Youth Baseball Players

目的:棒球是典型的具快速移動特性的運動項目,對於能快速且正確地辨識運動中 目標物細微部分的動體視力,棒球選手需要有較佳的動體視力;青少年是動體視力 發展快速階段,動體視力可透過訓練而增進,但何種動體視力訓練對正處於動體視 力快速發展的青少棒選手有較佳的效益仍有待進一步探討;因此,本研究目的探討 12 週不同動體視力訓練(超快速球判斷訓練 vs. 動體視力軟體訓練)對運動視覺和 打擊表現之影響。方法:30 名優秀青少棒選手隨機分為:超快速球判斷訓練組 (n=10)、動體視力軟體訓練組 (n= 10)、無動體視力訓練的控制組 (n=10) 等三組, 進行長達 12 週、每週 4 次、每次 30 分鐘的不同動體視力訓練,在訓練前後以 相同測試流程進行運動視覺和打擊表現等測試。結果:發現經 12 週的超快速球判 斷訓練與動體視力軟體訓練,可顯著促進動體視力-向右、動體視力-向下、眼球運 動、運動視覺能力總分、進壘點視覺判斷、擊球距離、擊球初速等能力,且兩組動 體視力訓練方法的效果相似。結論:本研究針對國內較少關注的運動視覺訓練方法 進行科學驗證,結果發現 12 週的超快速球判斷訓練與動體視力軟體訓練,皆可顯 著促進運動視覺與打擊表現,建議可將此應用於青少棒訓練的一環,以提升運動視 覺能力與打擊表現。
英文摘要
Purpose: Baseball is a typical fast-moving sport event. It has high requirements for baseball player’s dynamic visual acuity (DVA), in order for them to quickly and accurately identify the fine details of moving objects. Adolescents are in the stage of rapid development of sports vision. It can be improved through certain training, so the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two different 12-week sports vision training (super-fastball judgment training vs. sports vision software training) on sports vision and hitting performance to determine which kind of sports vision training had better benefits for youth baseball players undergone rapid development of sports vision. Methods: 30 elite youth baseball players were randomly divided into the super-fastball judgment training group (n=10), the sports vision software training group (n=10), and the control group who underwent zero sports vision training (n=10). The three groups were trained for 12 weeks, 4 times a week, 30 minutes per session. The same test procedures were used to conduct sports vision and hitting performance tests before and after training. Results: It was found that 12 weeks of the super-fastball judgment training and the sports vision software training group can significantly improve DVA-rightward, DVA-down ward, eye movement, the total score of sports vision, and visual judgment of pitching location, hitting distance, and exit velocity. The training benefits between the two sports vision training methods were similar. Conclusion: This study scientifically verifies sports vision training methods that have re ceived less attention. The results found that 12 weeks of super-fastball judgment training and sports vision software training can significantly promote sports vision and hit-ting performance. It is rec ommended that this method could be applied as part of youth baseball training to improve sports vision and hitting performance.
