目的:本研究使用已開發一套可在專項多球訓練中模擬擊球目標區、對手站位及實 際比賽情境的羽球視覺訓練裝置,並透過視覺檢測來探討訓練裝置在羽球運動視覺 之訓練效果。方法:本研究開發之羽球視覺訓練裝置,其主要元件為1組LED燈控 制盒及6組LED燈。以高中青少年羽球單打選手為研究對象 (實驗組N = 16,控制 組N=16),透過羽球視覺訓練裝置介入5週訓練後 (一週5次,每次介入訓練總時 間為30 分鐘,且不含休息時間),再以 ATHLEVISION 運動視覺檢測軟體 (ASICS Corporation, Japan) 進行運動視覺能力檢測,所得資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析 (mixed design tow-way ANOVA) 進行考驗。結果:根據研究結果發現,實驗組選手 經介入訓練後,在動態視覺銳度-下、眼球運動、周邊視野與瞬間視覺檢測結果優於 控制組,呈現顯著的訓練成效 (p < .05)。結論:本研究開發之羽球視覺訓練裝置可 有效輔助高中青少年羽球單打選手提升羽球運動表現關鍵因素之運動視覺能力。
英文摘要
Purpose: This study utilized a developed badminton visual training device capable of simulating tar get zones for shots, opponent positions, and real-game scenarios in specialized multi-shuttle training. Visual assessments were employed to investigate the training effects of the device on visual skills in badminton. Methods: The developed badminton visual training device in this study consisted of one set of LED light control box and six sets of LED lights. High school adolescent badminton singles players were selected as participants (experimental group N=16, control group N=16). After 5 weeks of intervention training with the badminton visual training device (5 sessions per week, 30 minutes per session excluding rest periods), athletic visual ability was assessed using the ATHLEVI-SION sports visual testing software (ASICS Corporation, Japan). Data analysis was conducted using a mixed design two-way ANOVA. Results: According to the study findings, the experimental group showed significantly improved training effects (p < .05) in dynamic visual acuity-down, eye move ment, peripheral vision, and momentary visual testing compared to the control group after training. Conclusion: The developed badminton visual training device effectively assists high school youth badminton singles players in improving key factors of sports visual abilities, thus enhancing their badminton performance.
