本研究旨在檢驗自發性、心理資本與心理健康的關係。本研究以立意取樣調查法，以一份調查問卷，內含基本資料及自發性、心理資本、幸福感與常見精神疾病四個量表。針對中部地區兩所科技大學之學生，本研究共收集517份問卷。研究者以結構方程模式分析，研究結果發現，自發性驅動心理資本，進而提升心理健康。自發性（內含自在、愉悅、有信心、有愛與活力五因素）顯著地提升心理資本（內含自我效能、希望、復原力及樂觀四因素），進而提升幸福感且降低常見精神疾病。自發性及心理資本是大學學生心理健康的重要來源。文末，本研究者針對研究結果提供建議。最後對研究限制提出說明。

This research aims to examine the relationships among spontaneity, psychological capital and mental health. The research used a questionnaire, including demographic data and four scales: spontaneity, psychological capital, happiness and common mental disorders. Using purposive sampling with two universities in Midwest Taiwan, the study collected 516 valid questionnaires. Using structural equation modeling analysis, the results showed that spontaneity enhanced psychological capital, which in turn improved mental health. Specifically, spontaneity including five factors (free, pleasure, confidence, love and vigor) enhanced psychological capital, which in turn increased happiness and alleviated common mental disorders. Spontaneity and psychological capital are vital sources of university students’ mental health. The researchers presented recommendations and limitations.
