本文旨在了解一個在臺灣長達十年的心理劇訓練團體的發展和影響,邀請該團體25位學員參與問卷調查及個別訪談以蒐集資料,並進行質性分析。訓練團體的課程發展與內容包括:每個月定期一次的主訓練師課程、加入外國客座訓練師、每年移地訓練的安排、出國移地訓練和兩岸心理劇學員的共訓,最後因著主訓練師出國,學員從學習到傳承,轉換角色為共訓的訓練師。從問卷及訪談資料中,分析歸納出研究結果為三部分,分述如下:(一)說明進出訓練團體的緣由:走進團體起心動念與關於團體的去留;(二)介紹訓練團體課程發展與內容:定期訓練過程的結構化內涵、外國訓練師授課引發文化的覺知、移地訓練帶來深度的交流、移地國外訓練的同心同行、兩岸學員的共訓之旅;(三)此訓練團體對學員的影響:個人成長、專業成長與角色蛻變。最後,這個團體就成為學員的「家」,而這群人不僅在團體內成為彼此生命的陪伴者;在團體外也成為一起推展臺灣心理劇發展很重要的力量,並透過這個心理劇團體也見證學員們成長的軌跡。
This study aims to discuss the development and efficacy of a Psychodrama training group organized in Taiwan for a decade, with data collected through individual interviews from 25 group members, with an analysis on a qualitative approach. The development of this group includes several stages: a monthly training course mentored by main trainers; incorporations of foreign visiting lecturers; an annual off-site training; overseas off-site trainings; and co-trainings with trainees from China; together with the transformation and inheritance from trainees and co-trainers when main trainers went abroad. After the questionnaire and interview, the analyzed results are:
1. Explain the reason for joining and leaving the training group: the thoughts and purpose of joining the group and leaving the group.
2. Introduce the development and content of the training group: A structured content on a regular training process; foreign trainers raise cultural awareness in lectures; Off-site training brings in-depth experiences exchange; overseas off-site training for peers learn in cooperation and a joint training trip for trainees from cross-strait.
3. The impact of this training group on trainees: personal growth, professional growth and role transformation.
Lastly, this group becomes the "home" of the trainees, who not only becomes each other's life companions, but also becomes an important driving force in promoting the development of Taiwanese psychodrama outside the group. Through this group also witness the growth of the trainees.
