本文記述Dorothy於1998-2007年,來臺傳授心理劇的事蹟和影響。透過作者學習經驗與詮釋,以演繹邏輯來詮釋及論述Dorothy心理劇的療癒模式與信念,包括Dorothy導劇的概念化、方法與技術。本文亦透過四位作者的分享與自我敘說,呈現Dorothy大師的風範、導劇風格及相遇相處的回憶。作者們以自我敘說的精神,撰述自己生命故事與Dorothy的交會而產生的新故事。繼礎敘說與Dorothy相遇的十年期間,參與Dorothy心理劇團體及課後的相處,讓自己的生命故事轉彎,發展了新的情節與意義。夏敏、昀蓁與倫慧分別分享與Dorothy相處及個人學習的經驗。本文也描述Dorothy對台灣中區心理劇社群的影響與傳承,包括一個從Dorothy專訓團體期間轉型而來的,持續二十餘年的心理劇自助團體、彰化醫院心理劇團體、社區心理劇訓練團體,以及心理劇方法在商業管理與經濟學教學的應用。
This paper describes Dorothy Satten’s teachings and influences when she came to Taiwan to deliver psychodrama training during the period 1998 to 2007. Through all learning experience and interpretation, the authors use deductive logic to interpret and discuss Dorothy’s style and beliefs in her psychodrama work. The paper also tries to present Dorothy’s healing model which includes her unique conceptualization, methods, and techniques of directing psychodrama. The paper also includes the sharing of the four authors, telling their memories of meeting and learning with Dorothy. In a spirit of self-narrative, the authors write their personal stories and new plots while encountering with her and psychodrama. Adam Chi-Chu tells his narrative-change in personal story--new meaning and plots, during the learning and many occasions in class and private talks with Dorothy after class. Xia Min, Lun-Hui, and Yun-Zhen shares separately their inner-narrative of getting along and learning from Dorothy. This paper also tries to delineate the influence of Dorothy’s heritage on psychodrama community in the central part of Taiwan, including a 20-year’s long on-going psychodrama learning group, community training groups, and psychodrama groups in Changhua Hospital. In addition, the expansion and application of psychodrama methods in business and economics education are also portrayed.
