在越南沒有研究陽明學的傳統，儒教科舉制度被取消的背景下，提及到日本陽明學的著作突然在二十世紀上半葉的問世，是一個值得關注的現象。通過對這些著作的考察、綜述和分析，並將越南學者有關日本陽明學的知識置於當代學界對日本陽明學的研究和近代東亞地區的學術交流之背景中，本文已經概括了近代越南學者對日本陽明學的認知並指出其來源

The appearance of writings referring to Japanese Yomeigaku in Vietnam in the first half of the 20th century is a special phenomenon in the context that Vietnam had no tradition of Yangmingism and the Confucian examination system was abolished. By studying these writings and putting the information about Japanese Yomeigaku provided by Vietnamese scholars into the context of contemporary studies about Japanese Yomeigaku and intellectual exchanges in East Asia in the modern period, this article has generalized the perceptions of modern Vietnamese scholars about Japanese Yomeigaku and found out their origin.
