目的：本文旨在探討生物體之能量與信息的變化，運用「腦波儀」與「經絡能量分析儀」探討人體腦內信息與體內能量變化情形。方法：本研究受試者共31位，採用動態靜心課程前後量測數據作比較；實驗資料以成對樣本t檢定比較左右腦的變異參數，探討四天動態靜心課程後對大腦與身體的影響，顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果：腦波部份顯示出α、θ功率波具有顯著性(p<.05)，顯示出在經由四天動態靜心課程後大部分的受測者大腦皆呈現放鬆的趨勢。而經絡部份顯示出平均生物能量具有顯著性的提升(p<.05)，且上／下比值也達到顯著性的平衡。結論：經由四天動態靜心課程後平均能量顯示，受測者氣血狀態有大幅的提升，而上／下經絡的比值顯示，大部分的受測者有達到上下經絡能量平衡功效。

Purpose: This article aims to explore the biological changes in the energy and information, by using of "EEG instrument" and "meridian energy analyzer device (MEAD)" to investigate human brain and body energy change. Methods: Thirty-one subjects were measured before and after performing dynamic meditation course and the experimental data were compared by paired t-test about the variance parameters of the left and right brain. The relations between brain wave and body energy were investigated utilizing 4 days dynamic meditation course and the significant level was set at α=.05. Results: The results showed that the brain waves' power increase with the significant change of α, θ waves (p<.05) showing relaxation trend, and the body energy measurement indicated that after performing 4 days dynamic meditation course, both average bio-meridian energy and upper/lower ratio energy increase significantly (p<.05). Conclusions: The increasing of average bio-meridian energy indicates the improvement of circulation system while the balance of upper/lower ratio energy shows the enhancement of body physical ability.
