本文介紹《社區培力中心：理論與實務》一書的重點內涵及特色。本書集結了十五篇文章以闡述社區培力理論與實務經驗，從三點來看：一是論述社區培力之理論根本與價值取向，以及台灣社區發展政策實施演進所呼應的時空環境與變化；其次，探究自社區培力正式推動以來，所進行不同模式的實踐經驗與觀點回饋；最後部分，強調依循第一線的在地需求，持續推動「以人為本」的社區主體性的培力運作與實踐行動，與此同時，也應系統性的養成與深化社區工作者的價值與專業能力，陪伴社區組織與居民共同參與，也永續經營。

This article introduces the key content and features of the book The Theory and Practice of Community Empowerment Centers. The book brings together 15 articles to discuss the theory and practical experiences of community empowerment, focusing on three aspects: first, it addresses the theoretical foundation and value orientation of community empowerment, as well as the temporal and environmental changes that reflect the evolution of Taiwan’s community development policies. Secondly, it explores the different models of practical experience and feedback since the formal promotion of community empowerment. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of responding to local needs by continually promoting "people-centered" community empowerment operations and actions. At the same time, it highlights the need for systematic development and deepening of the values and professional abilities of community workers, guiding community organizations and residents to participate collaboratively and sustainably manage their communities.
