中共的外交政策在八○年代以前，深受馬列意識形態的影響而出現「一面倒外交」、「革命外交」、「反霸外交」等政策；八○年代之後，中共進行「改革、開放」政策，其外交政策受此影響，而有「經濟外交」和目前的「國家利益外交」的新政策取向。問題是當中共邁進「正途」之際，西方世界又開始擔心這是「黃福」呢？還是「黃禍」？
