「人權」問題可說是國際間眾說紛云、很難達成共識的問題之一。有一部份的爭論其實是因「人權」概念的紛歧而有的：對話團體間對「人權」有各自不同的意見，造成彼此溝通上的困難。這正顯示目前釐定此概念的必要性。本文嘗試由康德不同文段中解析出康德的「人權」理念。這其中包括康德對「人權」之意涵、使用判準的看法。另一方面，本文試圖找出其可能的限制及其有待發展之處，作為未來我們發展與釐定「人權」概念之參考。

Human right is one of the complicate problems of international society. The main difficulty is to define the ambiguous meaning of human rights. This paper intends to find the possible requirements concerning the definition of “human right”. For Kant is the idea of human right an important consequence of his moral theory. The being of human, his Freedom and autonomy, is the intrisic reason for the right. We'll see in this paper, whether Kant's interpretation can fullfill our requirements. Today, for developmenting our idea of human right, which should be theoretical cosistent and practical realistic, is Kant's standpoint still very interesting and helpful.
