本文嘗試從中國傳統追求「意在言外」的美學特徵來說明古典詩能夠開展空間意境的構成因素。「意在言外」的傳統總是以自然景物作爲表達媒介,進而以自然場景作的情境,這都是古典詩易於引向空間意境的基礎。簡單地說,基於中國文字本身的空間特質,以及對於「物」、「象」、「勢」、「境」等概念的追求都是古典詩能夠開展空間意境的基礎。

英文摘要

The main task of this paper is to explain why the Chinese classical poems easily tend to develop into space artistic field from the point of pursuing implied meaning (「意在言外」) in the Chinese poetry. The tradition of pursuing implied meaning always borrowed natural substance as an expressive medium, then proceeded to take the natural scenes for creating composing situation. All these are the basic causes of leading the classical poems into the space artistic field . Briefly, on the basis of the space feature of Chinese character and pursuing “wu” (「物」), “hsiang” (「 象」),“shih” (「勢」)and “ching” (「境」)'s concepts are the main bases of tending to develope space artistic field in the Chinese classical poems.
