法西斯主義在歐洲陰魂不散，以「新法西斯主義」轉世再生。「法西斯主義」(Fascism)本有正義及秩序之涵意，但後來卻成了社會不安及危險思想的代名詞，因為它會終結自由及民主政治，進而形成獨裁與極權政體。歐洲舊法西斯主義所留下的政治見證是：它可以極短的時間，在一小撮煽動暴民的浮誇演說家的導引下，吸引群眾鄙視理性、盲信主義，進而迅速有效地奪取政權；從此，政治上揚棄民主走向獨裁與極權，不僅對異己蠻橫暴劣，同時也有仇外的氣焰；結果，法西斯主義運動極其窮兵黷武地震撼了全球。至今在歐美社會中，法西斯主義仍被一股政治勢力奉為中心信仰，但為國內研究當代歐美政治思潮及政治社會現象者所忽略。本文研究的動機及其主旨即在於提醒人們應重視這個本世紀顛覆歐洲的「政治福音」及其所造成的荒謬現象，並以一九二Ｏ年到一九四五年義大利和德國信仰法西斯主義的政治社會與心理現象，來佐證政治福音的力道，及其可能造成的大災難後果。

When political thoughts become doctrinal beliefs and evangelical preachings，we here propose a generic term for them,〝ploitical gospel〞.The political gospel is a hope,a goal,a faith,it is passion.It can unite and motivate the masses and channel them to pursue an ideal state. Fascism was a pan-European phenomenon.Today ,neo-fascism is resurgent.This paper intends to analyze the European old fascism in its sociological context,and to debunk the fact of political gospel.
