中文摘要
本研究目的在了解依據高中職「健康與護理」課程綱要所發展的愛滋及其他性病防治教材內容，其達成課程核心能力目標的情形。本研究根據課綱內涵，從全人性教育角度研發九小時性病防治教材，透過高中職健護教師全面培訓，提升教師性病防治教學知能，並採不相等實驗、對照組設計，以立意取樣方式，徵選實驗及對照組學校各七所，其中有效樣本為實驗組535人，對照組488人，合計1,023人進行課程介入。於介入前後各一周進行前、後測，以確認課程介入效果。研究結果證實本介入模式在不增加老師教學負擔條件下，較一般性教育教學更能有效達成與性病防治相關之核心能力目標。且課程介入在「全人的性觀念」、「較安全性行為」、「生育健康與人工流產」、「愛滋及其他性病防治」與「性騷擾、性侵害預防」等核心能力知識層面，「同性戀的認識」、「較安全性行為」、「愛滋及其他性病防治」等核心能力態度層面，「健康兩性交往的生活技能」、「較安全的性行為」與「性騷擾、性侵害預防」等核心能力自我效能層面，及「較安全的性行為」核心能力行為意向層面都有顯著效果。本研究針對上述發現，對目前學校性教育的實施狀況提出具體建議。

The purpose of this study was to design and evaluate a STD prevention education program which was developed based on Health and Nursing Curriculum Guidelines of High School.
