在澎湖傳統社會中,「魚灶」是意象鮮明的漁村地景,曾經提供不少澎湖人從事煮魚、挑魚、曬魚、裝魚等工作機會,是昔時澎湖人重要的生活依託。本文擬以「魚灶」為研究對象,藉由田野調查及深度訪談方式,走訪澎湖縣六鄉市,探討有關魚灶產業現況。調查結果共記錄有澎湖各地區魚灶數165 組,然許多魚灶歷經時空更迭與社會型態之轉變,任期傾倒、毀壞、消失,也將澎湖人留存的生活文化逐漸從記憶中抹去。而今,在「文化保存」使命催生下,這些殘垣建物有了新的轉型契機,部分魚灶開始動手修復,試圖重新再找回其原有的生命力,為此傳統產業再創新的發展出路。澎湖傳統魚灶是否符合指定為有形文化資產的「古蹟」身分或具有登錄為「文化景觀」之條件資格,期盼後續能有更多相關研究參與,以加速其保存、活化與再利用的腳步。
In the traditional society of Penghu, the "fish cooking kiln" is a vivid image of a fishing village. It used to provide employment opportunities for many Penghu people, engage in work such as cooking fish, pick fish, drying fish, and packaging fish. It is an important support for the survival of the old days Penghu people. This article intends to take "fish cooking kiln" as the research object, visit six townships and cities in Penghu County by means of field investigation and indepth interviews, and discuss the current situation of the fish cooking kiln industry. The survey results recorded a total of 165 groups of fish cooking kiln in various regions of Penghu. However, many fish kilns collapsed, destroyed, and disappeared along with the giant wheel of the times. Gradually erase the culture that many Penghu people have preserved in their lives. Today, under the mission of "cultural protection", these dilapidated buildings have new opportunities for renovation. The fish cooking kiln began to be repaired by hand, trying to revive the traditional fish cooking kiln industry. Whether the traditional fish cooking kiln in Penghu meets the status of "historic site" designated as a tangible cultural asset or has the qualifications to be registered as a "cultural landscape". It is hoped that more relevant research will participate in the follow-up to accelerate its preservation, revitalization and reuse.
