找尋幼教就業新藍海:帶領學生探索幼教產業之教學行動研究

因著少子化及家長日益重視幼兒教育的趨勢,幼教產業快速崛起,為幼教系畢業生打開新興的就業場域。本研究以北部某國立大學幼教系連續三屆修習「幼教產業探索」課程的學生為對象,進行教學行動研究,探討帶領幼教系學生探索產業之課程轉變歷程。研究結果發現,欲有效帶領學生探索幼教產業,須根據系課程架構、學生期待及業界需求選定目標產業,以多元的方式安排課程、加入生涯價值的澄清,並依學生反應及業界回饋調整課程。本研究可供有意協助學生往幼教產業發展之相關系所及任課教師參考。

英文摘要

Owing to the decline in birth rates and the increase in the emphasis that parents’ place on early childhood education, the early-childhood-education industry has been blooming rapidly and becoming an emerging field of employment for early-childhood-education graduates. The participants of the present teaching action research comprised students from the department of early childhood education of a national university who attended the course “Exploration of the early-childhood-education industry.” The purpose of the study was to explore the curriculum transition process of leading students to explore the childhood-education industry. The findings present the arrangement of curriculum and instruction, feedback from the industry, and changes in the opinions and attitudes of the students before and after the class. The findings of the present research are helpful for departments and teachers who are willing to help students begin a career in the earlychildhood-education industry.
