中文摘要

本研究主要探討組織信任與組織氣氛對工作滿意度之影響。調查國民小學教師,並使用階層線性模式進行資料分析。研究發現組織信任對工作滿意度有顯著正向的影響效果;組織氣氛對工作滿意度無顯著的直接影響效果;組織氣氛在「教師組織信任對工作滿意度的影響關係」中並不存在調節效果。針對上述結果,本研究提出相關的討論與建議。

英文摘要

We investigated the effects of organizational trust and organizational climate on job satisfaction by administering surveys to elementary school teachers and analyzing their responses through hierarchical linear modeling. The results obtained indicated that organizational trust significantly positively affected job satisfaction, whereas organizational climate exerted no significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate, namely, "teacher organizations trust and job satisfaction affect relations ", does not exist in regulating effect. In this paper, we further present the discussions and suggestions related to these findings.
