The verse “Si 驖 Kong 阜” in Mao’s Poem is written as “Si Kong 屖” in Anda Bamboo Slips. The original researcher put forward that “驖” is the miswriting of “ “. This paper opposes this theory from the analysis of glyphs and the custom of advocating black in the state of Qin, and suggests that “ ” may also be read as “駂” or “騥” which also mean black horse. Scholars may think that “屖” is miswritten as “保” and then read as “阜”. This paper also analyzes that there is no confusion between “屖” and “保” from the perspective of glyph.
