傳抄古文研究進入整體綜合提升階段後，以「分類新編」和「源流疏證」 兩個版塊來進行研究，具有較好的可行性和學術價值。「分類新編」把傳抄古文 分為「篆體古文」和「隸楷古文」，按不同結構和寫法特點列出字形序列，展現 了古文傳抄的真實面貌。「源流疏證」往前溯源，往後探流，研究古文傳抄變與 不變的種種情況，是對古文傳抄過程的一次總的梳理。有關示例展示了具體做 法，並對所涉問題進行了探討。

With the research of Copying Ancient Forms coming into the stage of comprehensive promotion, the research based on the two sections, ‘New Classific- ation’ (分類新編)and ‘Explanation of the Origin and the Development’(源流疏 證), will be more feasible and more academically valuable.‘New Classific-ation’ (分類新編)divides Copying Ancient Forms into ‘seal ancient characters’ (篆體 古文)and ‘Li-Kai ancient characters’(隸楷古文), puts the characters in order according to different structures and writing characteristics, and reveals the true nature of Copying Ancient Forms. ‘Explanation of the Origin and the Development’ (源流疏證)sorts out comprehensively the process of copying ancient Chinese characters by tracing the past as well as looking into the future, and studying the variable and the invariable of ancient Chinese characters in the process of copying. The examples in the article show the concrete methods and discuss the problems involved.
