《尚書.立政》多次出現「庶慎」一詞，一直以來沒有合理的解釋。本文 把「庶慎」置於出土文獻的背景下重新審視，得出了全新的認識:〈立政〉中 「庶慎」是據戰國古文轉寫而來的，而戰國古文「庶昚」的「昚」是古文字 「𤎭」字訛變的結果。和訴訟相關時，「𤎭」應該讀為訟。「庶昚」本不是「庶慎」，而是基於訛變産生的一個詞。這個詞語言當中原本是沒有的，是基於對文字訛變的錯誤理解而産生的。這是一種特別值得重視的現象。文章還對相關古文字進行了系統考釋。

In the “Lizheng”(〈立政〉)of Shangshu(《尚書》)appears the word “Shushen (庶慎)” many times, which has no reasonable explanation. This paper reexamines “Shushen(庶慎)” in the background of unearthed documents and obtains a new understanding: “Shushen(庶慎)” in “lizheng”〈立政〉)which translate from the ancient writings of the warring states period, and the “昚” of “庶昚” in ancient writings of warring states period is the erroneous transformation of “𤎭” . It should be read as “song(訟)” when it is related to litigation. “庶昚” is not “Shushen(庶慎)”, but a word based on error. It is a phenomenon worthy of special attention that there is no “庶昚” in the language ,which is based on the wrong understanding of the erroneous change of characters.This article also makes a systematic study of the relevant ancient characters.
