談清華四《別卦》中的「臨」

There is a character in the Fourth Bamboo Slips of the Warring States Period of Tsinghua University,which is pronounced as “Lin(臨)”. It should be analyzed as “Yan(言)” is part of the character, “Lin(林)” and “Lin(㐭)” are both vocal symbols, “Tu(土)” under “Lin(㐭)” is a redundant symbol. This word may be the traditional form of the character “Lin(諃)”, which is pronounced as “Lin(臨)” in the text.
