The character which was considered to be sui（㒸）in the text of She Ming（攝命）on Tsinghua bamboo slips is a variant form of the character chi（𧰲）in the inscription on Maogong Pot. They recorded the same word which meant “slack” as the character di（𨔛）did in the text of She Ming（攝命）. The chatacter chi（𧰲） found in the text of She Ming（攝命）may help us reconstruct the development chain of the complicated forms of the character.
