山西大河口西周墓地出土的霸姬盤、霸姬盉銘文，是近年發表的西周時期有關訴訟內容的重要出土文獻。本文對銘文逐句加以考釋，探析和梳理相關內容，重點疏解其中一些有關法律用詞。對銘文的總體理解和若干字、詞的釋讀提出新的見解。

Baji He and Baji Pan unearthed at Western Zhou Tomb of Dahekou site in Shanxi province which were published in recent years are significant documents of the litigation during the Western Zhou Dynasty.This paper interpretates of Ba JiPan and Ba Ji He inscriptions, meanwhile analyzes related content, especially focusing on some of the legal words.This paper attempts to put forward a new insight into the overall understanding of the inscriptions.
