目的:探討靜態伸展(static stretch, SS)對韻律體操選手技術跳躍和垂直跳的影響。方法:11名韻律體操選手,採隨機交叉實驗設計,均須實施SS處理和控制(control, CON)處理,SS包括股二頭肌、股四頭肌、臀大肌和腓腸肌,每動作伸展15秒,共6組。於處理後,立即檢測技術跳躍(跨跳、分腿跳、結環跳)、下蹲跳與連續雙足跳等測驗。結果:SS和CON在三種技術跳躍的騰空時間,均無顯著差異(SS vs. CON,跨跳,658 ± 29 vs. 659 ± 34 ms;分腿跳,588 ± 30vs. 587 ± 30 ms;結環跳,680 ± 34 vs. 675 ± 29 ms,p > .05),下蹲跳和連續雙足跳也無明顯差異。結論:15秒的SS不會降低韻律體操選手隨後技術跳躍和爆發力表現。
Purpose: This study examined the effects of static stretching (SS) on the technical leaps and vertical jump performance in rhythmic gymnasts. Methods: Eleven rhythmic gymnasts were recruited in this random-order and crossover designed study. All participants were requested to perform two different treatments: SS and control (CON). The SS treatment consisted of 6 repetitions of 15-s static stretching exercise for each muscle group (hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus, and gastrocnemius). After each treatment, participants immediately performed technical leap tests (split leap forward with legs stretched [SLS], side straddle [SSD], split leap forward with ring [SLR]), counter-movement jump (CMJ), and hopping test. Results: No significant differences were found between SS and CON on the flight time in the technical leap tests (SS vs. CON: SLS, 658 ± 29 vs. 659 ± 34 ms; SSD, 588 ± 30 vs. 587 ± 30 ms; SLR, 680 ± 34 vs. 675 ± 29 ms, p > .05). There were no significant differences in CMJ and hopping test performance between treatments (p > .05). Conclusion: The 15-s SS might not impair subsequent technical leaps and explosive performance in rhythmic gymnasts.
