肌內效貼紮在生物力學及運動表現之系統性回顧

前言:肌內效貼布貼紮法(Kinesio Taping Methods)是近年常被使用的貼紮方式,但是缺乏較為嚴謹且科學化 的研究亦是最大的問題,尤其在生物力學及運動表現方面。因此本文之目的是以系統性文獻回顧分析肌內效 貼紮法在生物力學的效應及運動表現,並分析肌內效貼紮在國內及國際研究之趨勢。方法:搜尋 2011 年之 前的文獻資料庫,包括 Ovid Medline 、PubMed 、以及中文電子期刊服務資料庫,有關生物力學及運動表現 相關之肌內效中英文文獻,再依照牛津大學實證醫學中心醫學文獻證據等級分類標準進行分類。結果:依本 研究之搜尋設定的限制篩選後,最後剩餘 21 篇,其中中文文獻 3 篇、英文文獻 18 篇;以發表的篇數看來, 有 56%的發表由亞洲學者執筆,且肌內效貼紮的研究有逐年增加的趨勢;以牛津大學實證醫學中心醫學文獻 證據等級分類標準分類後,證據等級 1 及 3 的文獻分別各有 7 篇;文獻中主要針對肌內效貼紮對於肌肉功能 的研究及組織柔軟度或關節活動度的研究,較少是針對運動表現的研究,及其他相關生物力學的研究,如動 作知覺評估、運動學及動力學測試、軟組織超音波影像評估、步態、及平衡能力。結論與建議:肌內效貼紮 對於生物力學及運動表現的文獻回顧發現,對於證據等級嚴謹度較高的系統性回顧及統合分析研究較少,會 影響肌內效貼紮效果評估的具體結論。未來可朝向肌內效貼紮對於運動表現及生物力學相關的研究進行研究 設計較為嚴謹的實驗,以了解肌內效貼紮的效應及應用。
英文摘要
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of Kinesio Taping on biomechanics and sports performance and to analyze the trend related Kinesio Taping researches. Methods: The studies which published at Ovid Medline, PubMed, and Chinese Electronic Periodical Services before December 2011 were been searched and identified studies that Kinesio Taping relate biomechanics and sports performance. Then the studies were classified and ranked the level according to Oxford Centre for Evidence-based Medicine Levels of Evidence. Results: Twenty-one articles were identified for this study, including 3 Chinese articles and 18 English articles; 56% articles were published by Asian Scholars, and there was rising trend for published on Kinesio Taping articles recently. Level of Evidence ranked at 1 and 3 were 7 articles, respectively. Mostly, the topics of Kinesio Taping articles were focus on muscle function and tissue extensibility or flexibility. Fewer topics of articles were related to sports performance and biomechanical fields, like as senso-motor assessment, soft tissue sonographic images, kinematics, kinetics, gait, and balance. Conclusions: The finding suggested that fewer articles were systematic review and meta-analysis design for Kinesio Taping. That would affect the conclusion which related the benefit of Kinesio Taping. For future study, we could conduct strict experiment design on biomechanics and sports performance for Kinesio Taping to further understand the benefit of Kinesio Taping.
