無線微機電感測器應用於五人制足球定點腳背射門動作分析

目的:在比較五人制足球十公尺定點腳背射門動作中,優秀與次優秀選手間的差異性,探討的有球速、足加速度、人體下肢段加速度運動學參數關係。方法:受試對象以國中優秀與次優秀選手各一名,慣用腳皆為右腳。利用無線微機電感測器,內含三軸加速規。實驗時在受試者的右踝、右膝、左踝、左膝、右腰各配戴1個感測器,擷取優秀選手與次優秀選手在定點腳背射門時相關之運動參數。結果:1.優秀和次優秀選手在個人球速上配戴和未配戴感測器無顯著差異(顯定水準為0.05);2.優秀與次優秀選手之間在球速上無論是否配帶感測器皆達顯著差異;3.優秀與次優秀選手在踢球時間上有顯著差異;4.優秀與次優秀選手在身體下肢段三軸加速度上,經檢定後右踝、右膝、左踝和左膝的合力均達顯著差異。結論:1.配戴感測器不會影響選手的射門球速表現;2.踢球的時間優秀選手大於次優秀選手;3.選手配戴感測器踢球時間之差異比較,達顯著差異,在優秀選手的最小值中,代表前後擺腿方向移動的X和Z軸,位移比次優秀手較大,使得踢球時間較長。4.下肢段三軸加速度的比較,五個肢段點的二十個比較值當中,十四個有明顯差異,顯示優秀選手與次優秀選手在十公尺射門時,動作是有明顯的不同。
