足球擲邊線球角度運動學分析

擲邊線球(Throw-in)為足球十一人制發界外球的方式,擲遠距離與球員自身技術與肌力相關之外,其拋射角度亦是影響飛行距離的條件之一。本研究分析兩種常用的邊線擲球動作,探討擲球方式(助跑擲球與跨步擲)與球體拋射角度的變化情形。以一部CASIO EX-F1高速攝影機(300Hz)收集二十二位參與者(平均球齡4.28±4.14年、身高175.04±6.24公分)用兩種不同擲球方式的運動學資料,並以Siliconcoach Pro程式軟體分析拋射角度,以Office Excel軟體記錄角度與距離資料,使用多項式圖形進行分析。結果發現跨步擲球拋射角度較集中於20~35度間,助跑擲球拋射角度則集中在20~40度。據統計,助跑擲球平均距離多於跨步擲球,研判助跑擲球擁有比較高的拋擲速度,使助跑擲球距離較遠。

Throw-in is a method to restart a defected ball in a soccer match of eleven players. Apart from thetechnical skill and strength of the player, the release angle of the throw is also a factor affectingrelease distance. This research analyzes two commonly used ways of throw-in, investigating thevariation of two different ways of throw-in (run-up throw-in and stride throw-in) with their releaseangles. By using a CASIO EX-F1 high speed video camera (300Hz) to collect kinematics data oftwenty two subjects (average year of experience of 4.28±4.14 years, average height of 175.04±6.24cm) using two different ways of throw-in. The release angles are analyzed by using Silicon coachPro. The angles and distances are calculated by using Office Excel, and then analyzed throughscatter plot. The result shows the best release angles are in the range of 20~40 degrees. Accordingto statistics, run-up throw-in gives an average distance longer than stride throw-in. By hypotheticalassumption, run-up throw-in has higher acceleration, letting run-up throw-in givesa longer distance.
