Wii Fit平衡遊戲應用於動態平衡能力測量可行性之探討

本研究以13位元體育系研究生為物件,利用皮爾森積差相關分析,探討五項Wii Fit平衡遊戲得分與動態平衡能力之相關性;並且透過成對樣本t檢定,探討練習前、後Wii Fit平衡遊戲成績是否能達到顯著差異。結果顯示,Wii Fit平衡遊戲與動態平衡能力並無顯著相關,但是透過練習,Wii Fit平衡遊戲成績有明顯進步。因此,目前仍以走平衡木為最簡便之測量動態平衡能力方法。
英文摘要
This study probed into the correlation of the scores of five Wii Fit balance games and dynamicbalance ability, by means of Pearsonproduct-moment correlation analysis, having 13 physicaleducation graduate students as study subjects.With paired-sample t test, the study explored whetherthere were significant differences in scores before and after practicing Wii Fit balance games.Theresult showed no obvious correlation between Wii Fit balance games and dynamicbalance ability;however, with practice, the scores did increase significantly. Therefore, walking on the balancebeam is still the easiest way to measure dynamic balance ability
