Wii Fit平衡遊戲應用於靜態平衡能力測量可行性之探討

本研究之目的是在比較Wii Fit平衡遊戲與測力板測試閉眼單足立之相關情形,藉以了解Wii Fit平衡遊戲用於靜態平衡能力測量之可行性。本研究以12名自願參與體育研究生為受試者,依序接受Wii Fit平衡遊戲以及測力板測驗,得到的資料依皮爾森積差相關法進行統計。發現頂球遊戲與內外側平衡能力相關,走鋼索遊戲與前後側平衡能力相關。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to compare the correlations between the scores of the Wii Fit balancegames and the Single-Leg Eyes Closed balance abilities on the force plate in order to understand theWii Fit balance games for the feasibility of the measurement of static balance. The study recruited12 voluntary participants who were physical education graduates and orderly accept Wii Fit balancegames and Single-Leg Eyes Closed balance test on the forceplate. The data were analyzed by themethod of Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. The result indicated that the ball-heading gameand the medial-lateral balance had the dominance correlation, and the tightrope-walking game andthe anterior-posterior balance had the dominance correlation.
