本文考釋卜辭中「□」「□」「□」「□」「□」「□」「□」「□」「□」及金文「□」「□」「□」「□」諸形，探究其字形所代表的意義。「朿」和「朿尹」在卜辭中的用法和意義，本文亦舉例加以分析說明。之後文中比較卜辭中「□」字諸家考釋，確定何者為優，並附帶考釋「□」與「又卣」。
