科技發展日新月異,組織效能的提升有賴於對科技工具的掌握程度。校長身為學校的領導者,須將科技帶來的便利導入校園,以改善組織作為,並提高行政效率。本研究採質性取徑,探討校長科技領導在學校行政實務中,於學校系統改善此一層面的運作現況。研究發現,校長除將科技工具結合實務操作外,更需把科技領導提升至概念層次的操作,才能引發實質變革。另,校長在科技領導的實施層面上普遍缺乏資安意識,且較少形塑以科技為主軸的共同願景。因此,建議校長籌組科技團隊,並善用校務行政系統資料庫,且對外建立策略性夥伴關係,以提高科技領導的效能。
Technology is developing rapidly. Increasing the organizational effectiveness of schools may greatly depend on the faculty’s skills in terms of using technological tools. Because principals are the leaders of schools, they must introduce the use of technology into the campus to enhance organizational activities and increase administrative efficiency. This qualitative study investigated principals’ technology leadership in administrative practices applied for the systemic improvement of schools. The findings indicated that principals should not only use technological tools but also transfer technology leadership into conceptual operation to initiate substantial changes in their schools. Principals typically lack knowledge on information security and fail to establish a shared vision of the technology use in their schools. Therefore, the findings suggest that principals should organize technology support teams, optimize the school administrative databases, and create strategic partnerships.
