急性阻力運動後不同伸展模式對成年人的血管功能變化之影響

目的:阻力運動後會產生心血管變化導致動脈硬度提升和血壓上升等狀況。振 動和伸展被認為有利於預防血壓和血管硬度上升的功能,因此本研究旨在探討急性阻 力運動後進行振動儀結合伸展對成年人的心跳率(heart rate, HR)、收縮壓(systolic blood pressure, SBP)、舒張壓(diastolic blood pressure, DBP)、脈壓差(pulse pressure differences, PP)、平均動脈壓(mean arterial pressure, MAP)和脈波傳導速度(pulse wave velocity, PWV)之變化。方法:12 位無規律運動之成年人採用平衡次序原則進行 振動伸展組(VS)、靜態伸展組(S)和控制組(C)的實驗處理。急性阻力運動內容為 80% 一次反覆最大重量(one-repetition maximum, 1RM),以口頭方式鼓勵受試者盡可能 完成10 反覆次數 × 3 組(等同力竭狀態),組間休息2 分鐘。運動後立即針對作用肌群 做伸展(3 組 × 30 秒),組間休息10 秒。血管測量時間分別在運動前和伸展後的立即、 15 分鐘、30 分鐘。以相依樣本2 因子變異數分析各檢測項目是否有顯著差異。顯著水準 皆為α = .05。結果:僅有PWV 的交互作用達顯著(p < .05),顯示在急性阻力運動後 的0 分鐘,VS 和S 組顯著低於C 組,且C 組在0 分鐘顯著高於所有時段。在主要效果, SBP、DBP、MAP 和PP 在時間因子達顯著差異(p < .05),組別因子只有VS 組的SBP 顯著低於C 組(p < .05)。結論:急性阻力運動後會導致動脈硬度提升,但是振動結合 伸展則可以降低血管阻力並預防心血管風險。

英文摘要

Purpose: After resistance exercise, the alterations in cardiovascular system may result in increased blood pressure and arterial stiffness. Vibration and stretching have been considered to regulate increased blood pressure and arterial stiffness. Therefore, the aim of study was to investigate the effects of vibration combined with stretching after acute resistance exercise on the heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), pulse pressure differences (PP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and pulsewave velocity (PWV). Methods: In the counterbalanced design, 12 inactive participants received all experimental treatments: vibration stretching (VS), static stretching (S) and control (C). Acute resistance exercise was 80% one-repetition maximum (1RM) and immediately after exercise, the agonist were stretched (3 sets × 30 seconds), and rested for 10 seconds between sets. Blood pressure and arterial stiffness were measured before exercise (baseline), immediately after exercise (0 min), 15 minutes after exercise, and 30 minutes after exercise. The difference among trials (VS, S, and C) and measurement times (baseline and 0, 15, and 30 min post-exercise) for each variable was tested using two-way (trial × time) repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). Statistical significance was set at α = .05. Results: A significant interaction effect was found on PWV (p < .05). It showed that at 0 minutes after treatments, PWV in the VS and S trials were significantly lower than the C trial. Also, PWV in the C trial was significantly higher at 0 minutes than the others. In the main effects, SBP, DBP, MAP, and PP had significant differences in time factor (p < .05). SBP in the VS trial was significantly lower than the C trial (p < .05). Conclusion: Acute resistance exercise resulted in the increase of arterial stiffness. The study showed that low-frequency vibration of stretching after training could reduce vascular resistance and prevent cardiovascular events.
