鐵鍊變動式阻力訓練對大專橄欖球選手肌力表現之影響

傳統阻力訓練(traditional resistance training, TRT)因固定負荷迫使動作執行過程 中的關節角度變化受限,導致力量無法完全發揮最佳效果。雖然目前研究指出變動式阻 力訓練(variable resistance training)可修正動作範圍障礙點的限制並符合上升型力量曲 線(ascending strength),但在年度計畫中的特定訓練週期介入變動阻力訓練對力量表 現之效益仍需探究。目的:本研究旨在探討鐵鍊變動式阻力訓練(heavy-chain variable resistance training, HCVRT)對大專橄欖球選手最大肌力與爆發力之影響。方法:招募 12 名大專公開組男性橄欖球選手為受試者(年齡:20.8 ± 2.0 歲,身高:172.9 ± 6.2 公分, 體重:81.3 ± 10.9 公斤),依隨機分配為兩組:HCVRT 組與 TRT 組,分別進行每週三 次,連續八週,並於訓練前後接受最大肌力(背蹲舉、仰臥推舉和相撲硬舉)與爆發力 檢測(立定跳遠、垂直跳和60 公尺衝刺)。以二因子混合設計變異數分析比較HCVRT 組與 TRT 組在最大肌力與爆發力的差異性。結果:HCVRT 組與TRT 組在最大肌力與爆 發力表現皆無顯著差異(p > .05)。經過單純主要效果檢定可知,僅TRT 組在60 公尺 衝刺測驗成績達顯著進步(F = 8.4,p = .03)。結論:經過八週阻力訓練後,TRT 可改 善大專橄欖球選手60 公尺衝刺能力。雖然HCVRT 與TRT 均有提升最大肌力與爆發力 表現的趨勢,但未能達到顯著差異。

The traditional resistance training (TRT) methods may be hindered by the joint angles during the movements in fixed weights so that the full strength could not be exerted. Although variable resistance training (VRT) has been observed to reduce the drop in force produced in the sticking region and improve the ascending force in strength curve, the beneficial effects on the muscular strength and performance enhancement in given training phase of annual plan still remained ambiguous. Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effects of heavy-chain variable resistance training (HCVRT) on the maximum strengthand explosive power in male collegiate rugby players. Methods: Twelve male collegiate rugby players (age: 20.8 ± 2.0 years old, height: 172.9 ± 6.2 cm, and body weight: 81.3 ± 10.9 kg) were recruited to participate. A one-repetition maximum testing session consisting of back squat, bench press, and sumo deadlift and explosive power test involving standing long jump, vertical jump, and 60-meter dash (60D) were completed at baseline and after 8 weeks. After pretesting, the participants were randomly assigned to one of two training groups: HCVRT or TRT. All participants took part in the experiment 3 days a week. It compared HCVRT and TRT in the maximum strength and explosive power using two-way analysis of variance, mixed design method. Results: It reveals that the maximum strength and explosive power showed no significance between HCVRT and TRT (p > .05). Simple main effect analysis indicated that only TRT enhanced 60D performance significantly (F = 8.4, p = .03). Conclusion: After eight-week resistance training, TRT may enhance 60D performance in collegiate rugby players. Both HCVRT and TRT appeared a tendency of improving the maximum strength and explosive power, yet it still showed no significance.
