本研究主要在於探討建築規模計劃之決策模式,以系統分析探討醫療工程之問題、分析醫療建築規模計劃之操作程序,假設醫療行為與空間之互動,並應用排隊理論考慮等待行列之問題,解決具流動性、隨時性之醫療行為系統與空間需求之關聯性;建構以排隊系統解決建築規模計劃之決策模式。並以臺中榮民總醫院急診部為實例,演練本規模計劃之決策模式,從蒐集就診記錄等資料與探討相關之醫療行為,並模擬其行為模式,以考慮等待行列系統估算使用者與各科病床、就診空間之供需關係及間接成本,並提出具體結果與建議。本研究旨在探尋合理的、科學的規模計劃計量方法,以建構理性之空間量預測之決策模式,並對於該醫院之新、增建計劃,提出合於科學而確實可行之設施量建議。
The primary theme of this research is the discussion on the Scaling of Facilities within architectural planning. The main purposeis to search for a suitable and scientific approach according to the needs of the users. Especially we shall place stress on the system analysis of the complicated hospital buildings. Therefore, the objective of this study is to focus on architectural planning of hospital buildings; the system analysis is the frame of the study. Solving the dynamics, stochastic and fluency of behaivor through the queueing theory has become the heart of this study. Meanwhile, as we estimate the space of the buildings, the decision model of queueing theory will give us a reasonable solutoin and useful suggestions for the construction or re-construction of hospitals.
