本篇論文旨在討論視覺傳達設計教育中基礎攝影課程裡視覺素養的必要素與養成教育目標及方法，首先對論文動機進行說明，接著解釋攝影文化的建構工作，得來自於攝影教育的改善，以強調攝影教育的使命感；而在改善的方法中，提出以視覺素養的養成作為論述之主旨動脈，最後試著提出可能的學習目標以及教學內容與方法。
This essay discusses objectives and methods in proceeding visual literacy education in basic photography curriculum in visual communication design education. The first paragraph gives the explanation of motives. The following writing focuses on suggestion of improving photography education for the purpose of constructing local photographic culture, which is taken as the mission of photography education. The improvement methods is based on the discussion of visual literacy education. In the end of this essay, we try to outline the learning objectives, content and education methods of basic photography curriculum.
